Return Policy

Small Water Sportsman’s policy is to provide our clients with the best quality product. Your satisfaction is important to us. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of odor, hair and pet hair.

How Do I Initiate A Return?
To start a return, send us an email at info@smallwatersportsman.com with your name, order number, and the reason you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without initiating a return process with one of our staff will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest and easiest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The packing slip for your order must be included along with the items you are returning.

Refunds
Once your package arrives, it takes 3-7 business days or our team to process your return. We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the cost for shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
